🚉 It is a 7-minute walk to the central market. It is a 5-minute walk to Wolhwa Street. It is an 8-minute walk to Gangneung Station. 🚍 There are many bus routes to all parts of the city. 🚌 The Masil Bus also runs frequently. ⛲️ It is convenient to go anywhere in the city by public transportation.

You can have a quiet rest. 🏫Beauty academies, nursing academies, and digital-related academies are close by, so it is also good for those who receive short-term education. 🌼There is a private parking lot, so there is plenty of parking space. 💥Namdaecheon is close, and you can walk, run, etc. along the river to Anmok Beach. 🌻A smart TV is provided. 🌞The Wi-Fi is strong.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. (There is no gas facility. Electric heating) If you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested. A cleaning fee of 100,000 won may be charged for indoor smoking. Please refrain from smoking indoors.
