A country-style vacation in the city 🏡 This is a two-story detached house with a yard, located a 10-minute drive from Daejeon Station. The first floor has a Nordic-style kitchen and dining area, a living room, a dressing room, and a bathroom with a bathtub. The second floor has a queen bedroom, a twin bedroom, a small living room, a reading nook, and a toilet. There is a private yard where you can enjoy barbecues, bonfires, and water activities in the summer. We paid close attention to insulation and remodeled it ourselves, so it's warm and quiet.
It is a 10-minute drive from Daejeon Station. Take bus 603, 611, or 619 and get off at Yongun-dong Community Center or Yongun Elementary School (1 minute away). If you are driving, it is 10 minutes from Daejeon IC and 5 minutes from Panam IC. You can park one car in front of our house's gate, and additional parking is available on the white line across the street. When exiting the parking lot, please be careful of both the sidewalks and the road on both sides!
Check-in is contactless. Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions. No smoking indoors, pets allowed 🐶🐱 In the yard, there is a fire pit and table set for bonfires & barbecues. The 1st and 2nd floors are connected by an indoor staircase. Please be careful not to hit your head when using the stairs! Please dispose of recyclables and general waste right in front of the main gate.

Since it's a detached house, you can run and make noise freely, but please observe quiet hours after 11 PM ♡ Compensation costs will be incurred for damage or contamination of property.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee.

I went to Daejeon because of a problem with my move (I didn't know much about Daejeon other than Sungsimdang). I was happy and peaceful for about 3 months. 1. First of all, the house is so clean and pretty! It felt like they put a lot of thought into every detail, haha (I was satisfied with both the inside and outside of the house♡) 2. The wall is high, the house in front is empty, and the surrounding apartment complex is a good living area (privacy and living area guaranteed) 3. The house was pretty and warm, probably because it was built with care both inside and out. Thank you for readily accepting a multi-dog household! I had a great winter~ I hope you are always filled with joy and gratitude!
