There is a convenience store in front of the building, making daily life convenient. Within a 3-minute walk, there are various hospitals such as pediatrics, ENT, internal medicine, and dentistry, as well as gyms, Pilates studios, and cafes. The academy shuttle stop is nearby. Sintri Park is located across from the building, allowing for a relaxed lifestyle. There are air conditioners in the living room and master bedroom (2 in total), and a washing machine and dryer with a capacity of 16kg or more. With an 825L refrigerator and an 8-person dishwasher, a family of four can live comfortably. If you have any further questions, please feel free to ask, and we will answer in detail.

We stayed here while we were doing the interior design for our move. It was a real godsend for our family, who were at a loss as to where to stay. We were excited to live in a new house even before we checked in, and we were happy throughout our stay. It was a shame to leave, and I think it will remain a good memory. Thanks to the beautiful complex and the host who decorated the house so charmingly, we had a wonderful stay. We enjoyed the pork cutlet and twisted donuts at the flea market held every Thursday, and it was convenient to use the beautiful cherry blossoms in bloom in the spring, as well as the hospital and supermarket nearby.^^ The house was equipped with various appliances, so we lacked nothing.
