Communication was prompt, and they left the place so neatly organized after checking out—it truly warmed my heart. They are a wonderful guest whom I would love to host again. ~^^

1. Infrastructure It was convenient having a shopping mall, restaurants, shops, and a bus stop nearby. However, keep in mind that it takes about 10 minutes to walk to the subway station. 2. Noise There were no noise issues during my stay. 3. Air Conditioning Since the unit has a loft layout, the air conditioning didn't quite reach the sleeping area upstairs, so it felt hot at times. 4. Building Atmosphere and Cleanliness The building felt a bit dark because sunlight didn't reach that side. Perhaps because the building is older, there were areas where I felt cleanliness could be improved; I was surprised to find the toilet hadn't been cleaned upon arrival. The washing machine was also a bit old, leaving a slight odor on the clothes after washing. 5. View and Nearby Park The view was excellent. I enjoyed having tea in the morning while looking out at Lotte World Mall and the rides at Lotte World, and Seokchon Lake was nearby, making it a great spot for exercise or a walk. 6. Occupancy It seemed suitable for one person (or perhaps one and a half); it was smaller than expected—though that is typical for most officetels.
