There is a convenience store and KFC nearby, as well as many delicious restaurants. Cordless vacuum, hair dryer, and electric fan are provided. Personal items such as tissues, toothpaste, toothbrushes, and detergents are not provided, so please bring your own. We recommend using an aroma diffuser or dehumidifier if the air feels damp. There is a bus stop right in front of the house—just a 2-minute walk away. The GTX station is a 15-minute walk or one bus stop away, making transportation very convenient. Unjeong Health Park is located right behind the house, offering a great place for a walk. Enjoy staying active and healthy.

Check-in is contactless. Maximum occupancy is 2 people. (An additional fee of 5,000 KRW per person applies.) Instructions on how to use the room will be sent via text upon check-in. Smoking and pets are not allowed. Recycling facilities are located in the first-floor parking area. Please dispose of general waste and food waste in the automatic disposal bins next to the 'Seize Noc' coffee shop. You can purchase the necessary trash bags for food and general waste at a nearby convenience store. Please feel free to bring and use any personal daily necessities you need. Changes in room humidity or external odors due to the rainy season or weather are natural phenomena; please ensure the bathroom drain trap is always closed to prevent odors from rising. There are currently no issues, but individual situations may vary; if an issue arises, please clean the area or ensure the drain cover is closed properly. We always do our best to provide a clean space. The sink faucet has been replaced with a new one. If you find it inconvenient, you are welcome to use your own personal fixture during your stay, provided you restore the original one before checking out. Nearby markets include Homeplus and Daejin Food Materials Mart. Medical facilities (such as Yonsei Bareun Family Medicine) and an area with many academies and restaurants are right in front of the building. Sannae Middle School is directly behind, and Sannae Elementary and Unjeong High School are just across two intersections. CU and GS25 convenience stores are a 2-minute walk away. Everything is within easy reach. Please leave the unit in the same condition as when you checked in. Make sure to clear away all food waste and trash. (A surcharge of 20,000 KRW applies if this rule is violated.) Food waste and general trash disposal areas are located straight past the back of the parking lot, right next to the "Seasonok" coffee shop. Please sort your recyclables properly within the parking lot area. Please leave the unit as you found it upon arrival. As utility costs (gas and electricity) can exceed 330,000 KRW during your stay—especially during heatwaves or cold snaps—we require an interim settlement of usage fees at the end of each month for long-term guests staying over six weeks. Please note that failure to comply may result in contract cancellation and eviction. A surcharge of 100,000 KRW applies if bedding or pillows are lost. Please use the items carefully and return them to their original places. Please remove food scraps from the kitchen sink and sort your waste for recycling.
Internet and water charges are included in the maintenance fee. Gas and electricity charges are separate. Check-in is at 2:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Since no cleaning fee is charged, please clean and tidy up the place as thoroughly as possible. Please also clean the bathroom thoroughly. Please sort your trash and recyclables.
Is there a water-saving device on the bathroom sink? The water flow was just a trickle, which made washing my face a bit inconvenient. I also wish there were a secondary lock or latch on the front door. I had been concerned about reviews mentioning bad odors; after returning from an outing on a rainy day, I noticed a faint, subtle smell throughout the room, but it seemed to be coming from outside. There was no bathroom odor while we were sleeping. Aside from that, although we didn't use everything, the place seemed well-equipped and convenient.
Reasonable prices and such a convenient location... We had a great stay here with the kids while our place was being renovated. ;)
