You need to take a bus from Chowol Station. If you have a car, parking is free and convenient. For your first visit, I will pick you up. I will pick you up even if you are already staying here, if we can arrange it. You will have to pay for the fuel.
The price is per person, and up to two people can use it. An additional person costs 10,000 won per week. The built-in toilet is small, so you can use the large bathroom for showering. Some people shower there even though it's small. The built-in toilet's pipes are laid almost horizontally, so it's recommended to use the large bathroom for bowel movements. If it clogs, you'll have to unclog it yourself. Please put toilet paper in the trash can, not the toilet. It will clog~
Within a 5-minute walk, you'll find convenient facilities such as a laundromat, convenience store, supermarket, restaurant, and fried chicken place. This is a home where my father, in his 80s, and I, in my late 50s, live. Please greet my father when you come and go for work or other errands. He feels sad when people come and go without saying hello. We provide individual space in the shared refrigerator. Thank you.
Electricity, water, and gas are charged if the tenant uses them excessively. If you use them sparingly, you will not be charged. Additional charges apply when the underfloor heating is in operation. Explanation upon move-in.
