This is a fully equipped place after a recent remodeling. The laundry room is shared and has several washing machines and dryers. Cleaning is complete, and please make sure to dispose of all trash when you leave. It is located within a 20-minute walk from Chosun University's back gate, Munhwajeondang Station. It is in a quiet residential area. We are doing our best to ensure you can stay without purchasing any items you might need for a short-term stay.^^ This is a single room; two people cannot reside here.
Subway Station Munhwajeonhang, Namgwangju Station, 20 minutes on foot 5 minutes on foot from the Salesio Girls' High School bus stop
Check-in is contactless. After the contract is confirmed, we will send you a text message with the necessary information for your stay.
The convenience store is close. It's a 10-minute walk to the back gate of Chosun University's restaurant area. It's also close to the exit to Hwasun and Boseong. You can use the washing machine, dryer, water purifier, and kitchen in the common area. ~^^ It's provided as shown in the photos. Bedding, toiletries, and a dryer are all available.
All utility bills are included.
The landlord seems to do their best with the management, but given the nature of this type of housing, the room was very cramped. As a woman living alone, I felt uneasy and upset when a male neighbor in the next room spoke to me rudely in the middle of the night—threatening to come inside and turn off the bathroom exhaust fan himself if I didn't do it.
