✔ This is the Sambu Golden Tower building. ✔ It's close to Gongdeok Station, Mapo Station, and Daeheung Station (5-minute walk). It's located in a station area. Available lines: 5, 6, Airport Railroad, Gyeongui-Jungang Line ✔ Right behind the building is Gyeongui Line Forest Park (Cherry Blossom Road) (great for walks) ✔ Convenience stores, pharmacies, restaurants, coin laundromats, etc. are around the building. ✔ There's a great coffee shop on the 1st floor of this building, and Hollys and Starbucks are a 3-minute walk away.
✔ Check-in is convenient and contactless. ✔ Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage information. ✔ Check-in time is 3 PM, and check-out time is 11 AM. ✔ All utility bills are included in the management fee. No smoking indoors (including bathrooms), no pets allowed, and excessive noise is prohibited.

This is a clean accommodation in a great location. It connects directly to the Gyeongui Forest Park, making it perfect for walks, and public transportation is easily accessible. Although I chose it for a group of three, the space and the two-chair table setup made it better suited for two people. I had a pleasant five-week stay.
The location of the accommodation was excellent! The host was also kind, which was great.
