An additional 50,000 won will be charged for each additional person~!!** This is a studio building with a two-bay room (1 bedroom, 1 living room), and can accommodate up to 3 people, including one super single bed and one queen-size sofa bed. We also provide a desk, monitor, keyboard, laptop stand, etc. to facilitate the work of business travelers.
It is a 3-minute drive from Osong Station. The convenience store is a 1-minute walk away. Osong 2 Industrial Complex Restaurant Street and large mart are a 3-minute walk away, and Lotte Cinema is a 4-minute walk away~^^ All nearby amenities are within a 5-minute walk, making it convenient to live here~!
Check-in is basically non-face-to-face, and pets are not allowed. Check-in is usually after 4 PM and check-out is before 11 AM, but it can be adjusted to some extent if necessary, so please contact us. Please note that information such as access and Wi-Fi password will be provided on the day of check-in.
As you can see in the photos, you can move in and start living right away. You just need to prepare some basic necessities. Electricity, gas, and internet are all included in the management fee. However, if you use them excessively beyond a reasonable amount, you may be charged extra.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. However, if an excessively high utility bill is incurred, an additional settlement request may be unavoidable.
