Smoking (including e-cigarettes) and pets are strictly prohibited throughout the building, including the rooftop. 3. Guests must refrain from loud behavior or noise that could disturb neighbors or cause complaints. 4. Guests may not register the address for business purposes or file a resident registration (move-in report) at this location. Violation of the above terms may result in immediate contract termination without a refund, and the security deposit will not be returned. The room was very quiet and well-equipped. It was conveniently located close to the main subway station. The host provided thoughtful and detailed instructions, which made the stay very comfortable. Highly recommended!

I stayed here for about a week while on a business trip to Seoul. First of all, the building and the room were spotless; upon arrival, I was impressed by the cleanliness, the interior layout, and the organized arrangement of amenities. I also appreciated the convenient facilities, such as a water purifier and a dryer, as well as an outdoor terrace (though I didn't visit it due to the heat). The pricing was excellent, too; considering the quality of the room and the available amenities, the rate was very reasonable compared to other nearby accommodations like motels.
