There are plenty of convenience stores, laundromats, cafes, schools, and great restaurants right in front of the house. Please note that the short-term tenant is fully liable for any damages or fire-related incidents. Please keep this in mind and exercise caution.
All maintenance fees are included in the price. However, if the monthly charge for gas or electricity exceeds 30,000 KRW each, the additional amount will be billed separately based on meter readings. Please make sure to set the boiler to "Away" mode when you go out.
It's a great value and the perfect location for a walking tour as it's in the heart of Pohang.
It's a cozy and quiet place. I had a good stay for a while. I highly recommend it.
I had a good rest. The room was generally clean, and although it was on the roadside and I could hear the sound of passing cars, it was manageable since it was summer and I could close the window and turn on the air conditioner.
