All management fees are included in the price. However, if the gas or electricity bill exceeds 30,000 won each for a single month, the additional amount will be charged separately after checking the meter. Please make sure to set the boiler to 'away' mode when you go out.
It's a great value and the perfect location for a walking tour as it's in the heart of Pohang.
It's a cozy and quiet place. I had a good stay for a while. I highly recommend it.
I had a good rest. The room was generally clean, and although it was on the roadside and I could hear the sound of passing cars, it was manageable since it was summer and I could close the window and turn on the air conditioner.
