The biggest advantage is the excellent location. However, I was disappointed by the lack of security—despite it being an officetel, the entrance was completely open—and the worn-out condition of the flooring. The host did not reach out at all between check-in and the day before check-out, which contrasted sharply with the host of a previous rental I used. I feel that the level of guest care was lacking; it would have been better if they had checked in at least once after arrival to see if there were any issues.
The place was spotless, and above all, any issues that came up were resolved quickly and effectively!
I had a good stay. It was quiet and nice.
