After I stayed in the room, they demanded 10,000 won for a replacement, claiming the shower head was leaking. I sent the money as requested, but I’m not sure if it was right for them to ask for it. They claimed the leak was caused by me dropping the shower head, but I never dropped it—and isn't a shower head a consumable item anyway? I stayed there without complaint even though the room condition wasn't great, so I really question whether it's appropriate to make a personal demand like that. I believe the cost of such consumable items should be included in the room rate, so I find this very unpleasant.
