- The property is well-maintained and clean. - It comes fully furnished with appliances. - Due to the nature of the rental, items such as bedding, towels, shampoo, body wash, and detergent are not provided. However, for your convenience, bedding and towels are available for rent (20,000 KRW each); please request this before moving in. - Tableware left behind by previous short-term tenants is stored on-site. If you find these items unnecessary or inconvenient and wish for them to be discarded, please make a request when signing the lease. - As this is a short-term rental, the property must be restored to its original condition upon lease expiration. - Basic tidying up and proper trash disposal are mandatory. - We prefer secure transactions with tenants intending to use the property for actual residence.
- A private vehicle is essential. - While public transportation is available nearby, bus service is infrequent due to the nature of the area, and the location is somewhat secluded. - Please refrain from driving onto the lawn when parking.
- Check-in procedures (in-person or contactless) will be determined based on the rental period. - Pets (dogs and cats) are not permitted. - You must dispose of all trash upon the expiration of the contract. - Indoor smoking is prohibited; please do not smoke under the outdoor solar panels. - The property uses a self-infiltrating septic system; do not flush food waste, toilet paper, or other debris down the toilet. - Upon contract expiration, please ensure the outdoor CCTV is turned on. The interior will be inspected within two business days, and the security deposit will be refunded within five business days.
- Nearby attractions include LAF, Candy One, and numerous golf courses; Woojin Oreum, Geomun Oreum, and Abu Oreum are also close by. - Songdang Village, a World Natural Heritage site, is a 20-minute drive away. - The area is quiet, offers great stargazing at night, and is frequently visited by roe deer.
All utility costs, except for gas, are included in the maintenance fee. Electricity costs are very low due to the installed solar power system, so separate payment is not required during most seasons; however, for the summer months (July–August), if the usage billed by KEPCO at the end of the contract is excessive, a separate payment may be requested. For gas charges, please take a photo of the gas meter upon move-in and at the end of the contract and send it to the landlord; I will then contact the gas company to assist with the settlement. A fee of 30,000 KRW will be automatically deducted if you move out without disposing of your trash. Penalties may apply if the unit is left excessively dirty beyond the scope of standard move-out cleaning.

I had a relaxing stay in this quiet location. There are many places nearby to visit with children, such as Geomun Oreum, Eco Land, Fairy Tale Village, ranches, and cafes. Woojinjebi Oreum, located right behind the house, is a great spot for walking or running. The host was also very kind and helpful.
