This is a fully furnished, newly remodeled white-toned space, available for its first occupants. The price is for one person. For two people, there is an additional charge of 20,000 KRW per week. It's quiet for sleeping, and you can use OTT services like Netflix and YouTube if you have your own accounts.
It's a 5-minute walk from the subway and bus at Munhwa Hall Station.
Check-in is contactless. Smoking and pets are not allowed. Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 12 PM.
Near the old city hall intersection, Chungjang, Yangnim, and the Culture Center are within a 5-10 minute walk, offering plenty of sights and food. The Cheonbyeon-ro and Sajik Park walking trails are also beautiful. Sajik Observatory, where you can enjoy the night view, is also nearby. Jeonnam National University Hospital is a 7-minute walk away.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested. *From December to March, there is an additional gas fee of 20,000 won per week for boiler use.
