The house is in good condition as it is newly built. There are convenience stores and supermarkets nearby, and it is very close to the subway station, making it easy to commute to Gangnam and Yeouido. The recycling area is well-managed, and the parking attendants are very friendly and helpful. I didn't know what items were available, so I brought everything, but everything was already prepared, so I could have just come with my body. I stayed here for a short time while my house was being renovated, and I was so satisfied that I was sad to go back home.
