Move-in is contactless. Upon contract confirmation, we will send you a message with move-in and usage instructions. Please purchase standard garbage bags to dispose of any trash generated, and separate recyclables for collection. - Recycling day: Second and fourth Monday of every month For food waste, please use the container provided in the kitchen and dispose of it in the collection bin located behind the security office without a separate card.
Long-term stays of one month or more through SamSamM2 and inquiries from Kyungnam University students for share house-style accommodations are welcome. Please let us know if there are any shortcomings, and we will actively address them. Please note that the water pressure in the bathroom shower is not strong.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you use excessive electricity/water/gas, you may be charged an additional fee after check-out. Wi-Fi (wireless internet) and Netflix are available for free.
