All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested. Central heating appropriate temperature (winter) (19-20 degrees when going out / 23-25 degrees when residing)
I had a comfortable stay for the past month. It was clean and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. It's conveniently located near Geoyeo Station, and there are plenty of great restaurants nearby, too. Thank you.
