This space has been completely remodeled, so you can use it as if it were newly built. I meticulously decorated it with the intention of living here myself, but due to personal circumstances, I am now renting it out. Personally, I find the night view to be very beautiful. ✅ 1 Queen Bed ✅ 1 Super Single Bed ✅ 1 Three-seater Sofa ✅ 3 System Air Conditioners ✅ Mid-sized Refrigerator ✅ Dryer ✅ Air Purifier ✅ Dressing Table Families can also use it comfortably.

I had a wonderful stay.
Despite some issues at check-in, I had a relatively clean and pleasant stay. Regarding parking—which was a top priority—you really have to see the situation for yourself. I couldn't park right in front of the building; instead, I was assigned a spot at a different villa slightly up the road, and parking there was extremely difficult. Forklifts and vans were constantly blocking the entrance, forcing me to reverse in; plus, there were motorcycles permanently parked behind my assigned spot and cars on either side, making it a challenge even for an experienced driver like me. The condition of the unit itself is excellent; it was recently renovated, so it’s clean and convenient, featuring a built-in AC system and a washer-dryer combo. However, the bed in the master bedroom was quite disappointing—it was too small to be considered a queen size, and the mattress quality was very poor. My herniated disc flared up because of it, and I’ve been visiting a nearby hospital for treatment for the past two weeks. There was a lack of kitchen utensils and cleaning supplies, which made things a bit inconvenient. Moving luggage was tough since there was no elevator, but the location was great—there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and a large supermarket right in front made grocery shopping easy. Although the host wasn't always immediately reachable, they did make an effort to resolve any issues that arose.
