The room has been recently remodeled and is clean. It is a clean, white-toned room with 3 comfortable queen-size beds, so it can be used by multiple people. It is a south-facing house, so it is warm in winter and cool in summer, and you can enjoy the beautiful night view of Dongcheon. Jeonpo Cafe Street and BIFC are a 5-minute walk away, so it is close to everywhere.
It is 5 minutes from Beomnaegol Station and Jeonpo Station on Subway Line 1. The bus stop is 1 minute from Geoplae Station.
- Check-in is contactless. - A text message will be sent when the contract is confirmed. - There are 3 queen-size beds, so up to 6 people can stay. An additional fee (20,000 won per person) will be charged for groups of 3 or more.
The downtown area of Seomyeon and Jeonpo Cafe Street are both within walking distance. It is a 5-minute walk to the insurance companies in Beomnaegol and Munhyeon Financial Complex (BIFC).
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee.
