Parking requires prior registration and there is no additional charge, but it is on a first-come, first-served basis. If you send us your vehicle number in advance, we will register it for you. Saejeol Station on Line 6 is a 2-minute walk away, providing excellent accessibility to Hapjeong, Itaewon, and Yeonsinnae. The bus stop is also nearby.
- Check-in after 3 PM, check-out by 12 PM is the general rule, but some adjustments can be made after prior consultation. - The standard occupancy is 2 people, with a maximum of 4 people. - Personal hygiene products are not provided. - Due to legal issues, bedding is not provided (please inquire separately if needed). - A password will be sent via message on the day of check-in. - Pets are not allowed. If unavoidable, prior consultation is required.
- Within a 3-minute walk: Starbucks, convenience store, side dish store, neighborhood mart, bus stop, subway station (Saejeol Station, Line 6), Bulgwangcheon Stream (for walks) - Within a 10-minute walk: Daiso, Olive Young, Mom's Touch, food alley - Within a 15-minute walk: E-Mart Bulgwangcheon Stream, which connects directly to the Han River, is a 1-minute walk away, making it perfect for evening strolls. Trash disposal days are Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday. As this is not a hotel, you are responsible for cleaning and trash disposal during your stay. #Please note that if bedding, sofas, or other facilities are soiled, you may be charged the actual cost for replacement or cleaning.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee.
