The location was perfect for me, as I was staying for six weeks while my father was in a nearby hospital. The room was a decent size for the price, and the bed was comfortable. Communication with the landlord was also easy and straightforward. There were a couple of significant drawbacks, however. There was a persistent sewage smell in the room, and at one point I also encountered a cockroach. That said, considering the price, location, and length of my stay, it was overall a decent and convenient place to stay.
I had a really comfortable and relaxing stay in this clean and cozy place.
I stayed for about a week, and overall, it was a quiet and clean stay. :)
