★ Free parking / Free use of gym, golf practice range, and GX room ★ Check-in is contactless. Once your contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions~♡ Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. Moving in is not allowed. Smoking and pets are not allowed indoors. (If the above rules are violated, additional charges from a professional cleaning company will be billed.)
The bed is a luxurious queen size, comfortable even for two people~ ♡ Welcome tea includes Lily Coffee, green tea, or herbal tea~ ♧ You can watch OTT services like Netflix and YouTube~ ♬ Inside the building, there is a sauna / movie theater (CGV) / laundry room (Cleantopia) / convenience store (Seven Eleven) / hair salon (Park Seung-chul Hair Studio) / restaurants / cafes / arcade / self-service photo booth~§ Costco is within 50 meters (scheduled for April)~ ☆
All utility bills are included in the management fee. Parking is free. If you use excessive electricity and gas, you may be asked to pay an additional fee upon check-out.
