35-2 Myeongnyun 7-gil, Jongno-gu, Seoul 1F

This is the room I moved into when I was in school. I bought all new appliances when I moved in. I'm taking a leave of absence this time, so I'm renting it out for a short term. The room is near the main entrance of Sungkyunkwan University, on the first floor of a detached house. There's absolutely no noise, and there are about 4 households living here. Even after living here for about 4 years, I've never even run into anyone, it's that private of a house. There's a village bus every 5 minutes, and it's close to Hyehwa, Daehakro, Seoul National University Hospital, etc. Since it's near Daehakro, right next door, within walking distance, there are convenience stores, restaurants with a variety of food, laundromats, etc.
It is a 5-minute ride on village bus No. 8 from Hyehwa Station Exit 2. It is a 5-minute walk to Daehak-ro. It is a 10-minute ride on village bus No. 10 to Seoul National University Hospital.
Check-in is contactless. Smoking is not allowed. ^^ Check-out is at 11:00.
It's convenient to use the subway, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. It would be very convenient for Sungkyunkwan University students to live here because the school is right next door.
Excessive use of included items may result in additional management fees.
I ended up moving out a week early because I simply couldn't stay there—the place had an overpowering smell of mold and was infested with all sorts of bugs, including cockroaches, centipedes, and spiders. The downside was the contactless move-in process, meaning I couldn't see the room in person beforehand.
I had a wonderful stay.
The owner was so kind and nice to me, so I had a good stay. :)

It's near Yanghyeon Hall, Sungkyunkwan University, Hyehwa Station, Jongno-gu. ♡
