Please turn off the air conditioner and boiler when you go out. This accommodation is based on 4 people, and an additional 10,000 KRW will be charged per extra person. A maximum of 6 people can stay. Please notify us in advance. Pets aged 5 years or older are allowed, and an additional cleaning fee of 100,000 KRW will be charged.
It is the same as the maintenance fee for a general apartment. It includes cleaning of common areas, security office, management office, complex gym, internet, water, electricity, and gas. It was calculated based on the average cost of maintenance fees, including summer air conditioning, heating, and city gas.
