This officetel has recently undergone a full renovation; it features new furnishings and is kept neat and clean. I also use the space myself when visiting Korea, so basic amenities are already stocked. It features a white-toned interior and a loft layout. Located in the central commercial district near Cheonan Terminal, it offers excellent convenience for daily living and transportation. No pets allowed. Smoking is strictly prohibited. We ask for your understanding. Maximum occupancy is 2 people. Price is negotiable for long-term stays.^^
It is located just a 5-minute walk from the Cheonan Express and Intercity Bus Terminals and is right next to a bus stop. It is also a 2–3 minute drive from the highway interchange and close to Cheonan Station.
Move-in is contactless; we will provide details via text message or KakaoTalk.
The officetel building itself houses numerous commercial facilities, including a jjimjilbang (Korean sauna), a convenience store, gym, Pilates studio, a large supermarket, hair salon, and various restaurants. It offers great convenience for daily life and transportation, situated in Cheonan's prime commercial district. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, and a cleaning fee may be charged if smoking occurs. Compensation for any damaged furnishings may be deducted from the SamSamM2 security deposit. Travelers, business travelers, and students can enjoy a quiet stay here.^^
Excessive use of included items may result in a request for additional service fees.
