🌸Yongin-si Suji-gu Office, completely renova

Our family of three stayed for about seven weeks, and overall, we had a very comfortable and pleasant stay. Above all, the host was incredibly quick to respond. Whenever I had questions—especially right after we arrived—I’d get an answer within 5 to 10 minutes; thanks to that, we experienced almost no inconvenience during our long-term stay. I commuted to Euljiro; it took about 10 minutes to walk to the "Hankook Apartment" bus stop and 6–7 minutes to get to the Suji-gu Office area. Since it was summer, I frequently used the Kakao Bike service; there were often bikes available on the ground floor, which was more useful than I expected. It’s a quick ride to Suji-gu Office Station. Although the washing machine and drying rack were on the smaller side, our family of three never needed to visit a laundromat during our seven-week stay. Basic tableware was provided, and while the pots showed some signs of use, they were perfectly fine for simple tasks like frying an egg or making ramen. The bed was spacious enough for two people, and thanks to an extra topper, we were able to set it up in the large room so the three of us could sleep together. The sofa (Casamia Campo) was comfortable, and the portable TV was a great feature that we enjoyed using throughout our stay. There are plenty of restaurants and bars near Suji-gu Office Station, making it a great spot for dinner or a beer; the convenience store on the ground floor was a particularly big plus. It stayed open late (almost until midnight), so we used it often. Recycling disposal was also convenient—available every day except Sunday—which made the long-term stay much easier. If I had to point out one downside, it was that the smell of cigarette smoke would occasionally drift into the bathroom. As a non-smoker, I found this a bit bothersome, but given the nature of an officetel (mixed-use residential building) where many households live together, it didn't seem like something the host could easily fix. It’s likely an issue you’d encounter in any building of this type. As a family of three who stayed here for seven weeks, we were highly satisfied overall; I would strongly recommend this place, especially for those planning a long-term stay, as it offers a comfortable living environment.

We had a great stay with our two teenage children. Since we were visiting briefly from overseas, we didn't have basic household items like bedding, towels, or dishes, so we really appreciated that this place was fully equipped. The house was a bit small for staying with older children, but since we were mostly out and only used the place for sleeping, it wasn't a major issue. The kids really liked the large bed and the comfortable sofa. Personally, I was a fan of the washer, dryer, and large refrigerator. Thanks to the air conditioner, fan, and air purifier, we stayed cool even in the hot weather. Everything we needed for daily life—laundry detergent, fabric softener, dish soap, shampoo, body wash, towels, and more—was provided. The host was very kind and quick to respond. We had a comfortable two-week stay. Thank you!
