This is a studio apartment in a building that is three years old; it faces due south, making it warm and bright. It features a queen-size mattress and a well-maintained heating and cooling system. The dining and resting areas are separate, ensuring a clean environment free from lingering odors in the bedding; the space is cozy, and the neighborhood is very quiet. Tableware for two and basic cooking utensils are provided.
There is a bus stop right in front. You can park in the lot, and there is plenty of parking space nearby.
Check-in is contactless. The security deposit will be fully refunded provided there is no damage to the room. If you cook meat or fish that causes significant oil splattering, please clean up the area thoroughly.

I stayed here for about a month and a half for my social work internship, and I was truly satisfied with the accommodation. It was fully equipped with all the essentials—such as a washing machine, refrigerator, drying rack, and electric cooktop—and featured two air conditioning units, ensuring a cool and comfortable stay even in the heat of summer. The duplex layout made for excellent use of space; the first floor served as the main living area, while the second floor—equipped with a desk—was perfect as a combined bedroom and study. The sofa was comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious and well-maintained, so I experienced no inconvenience throughout my stay. Thank you for providing such a great place to stay during my internship. I would confidently recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a place in Gimcheon.
