I had a great experience using this. Thank you.

The property itself was fine, but issues arose regarding the security deposit after I moved out. They attempted to make excessive deductions, demanding payment for items beyond the "normal wear and tear" specified in the lease agreement. It is disappointing that they are asking for compensation for natural wear and tear resulting from normal living. Natural wear and tear and the need for cleaning are inevitable when renting a home—isn't that precisely why a cleaning fee is paid? I believe it is unfair to deliberately find fault just to demand extra charges.
To anyone reading this review, let me show you whether the place was used properly. The house was completely trashed. I had to throw away the dishwasher, and the state of the coffee pot, dishes, carpet, and so on is beyond words. This was my first time hosting Chinese guests, but I won't be accepting Chinese guests anymore—or any foreigners, for that matter. You have brought shame to your country; I wish I could post the photos here. Even though the damage was massive—requiring repairs and renovations—I refunded the guest (who had booked for five months) after deducting just 200,000 won. If you are curious about the extent of the damage, please contact me; I can prove it with photos.
Introducing Gyeongju's best restaurants 😘 It's an old apartment, but it's a house that has been decorated with care.
