- It is a 5-minute drive (15-20 minutes on foot) from KTX Gangneung Station and the bus terminal, making it easy to get to the accommodation. - It is a 5-minute drive to the central market and 15-20 minutes to Gyeongpo Beach, making it convenient for sightseeing.

The place is cozy and well-equipped. Check-in instructions were quick, and the host is friendly. It costs around 5,000–8,000 won by taxi to get to the beach. I highly recommend it.
