A quiet and cozy place to stay. It features a terrace with a fantastic view of the sunset. Located just a 3-minute walk from Jeongja Station, it is the newest officetel in the area. The high ceilings create an open, airy atmosphere. Residents have free access to a gym on the basement level and a small park on the 5th floor. It is kept spotless through cleaning by either a professional service or myself (the host). Internet, Wi-Fi, and OTT services are all set up and ready to use. Please enjoy a relaxing stay!
It is a 3-minute walk from Jeongja Station. It takes 16 minutes to Gangnam Station and 2 minutes to Pangyo Station by subway; Seoul National University Hospital is 15 minutes away by bus or 9 minutes by car. Convenient access to intercity and airport buses.

We welcome guests visiting for reasons such as caregiving at Bundang Seoul National University Hospital, business trips to Naver/Doosan/HD Hyundai headquarters, academy visits in Jeongja-dong, or home renovations. 🤗 There is a terrace where you can relax with a cup of coffee while watching the sunset. 🌅 ☕️ It is fully furnished; you only need to bring your personal toiletries. 🪒 High-speed 1Gbps internet makes it convenient to get work done. 💻 Cable TV is connected, so you can watch sports, entertainment, and variety shows. A smart TV is installed, allowing you to watch OTT services and YouTube. 📽 There is a convenience store on the ground floor, and the nearby café street is full of great restaurants and hotspots. It is safe, with CCTV and a 24-hour security guard on duty. 🛂 Please note that resident registration is not available, and we ask that you be mindful of loud noises and inter-floor noise. ‼️
All utility charges are included in the management fee. Smart TV and internet fees are included. If excessive use of electricity, water, or heating results in an unusually high management fee, an additional fee may be charged.
