This is a quiet and cozy accommodation. It has a terrace with a fantastic sunset view. It is a 3-minute walk from Jeongja Station and is the newest officetel in the vicinity. The high ceilings make it feel spacious. There is a free gym and a small park within the complex. It is operated cleanly by a professional cleaning company or by me, the host. Internet, Wi-Fi, and OTT services are installed. Please feel free to relax and enjoy your stay~
Jeongja Station 🚇 is a 3-minute walk away. It takes 16 minutes by subway to Gangnam Station 🚇, 2 minutes to Pangyo Station 🚇, 15 minutes by bus 🚌 to Seoul National University Hospital 🚑, and 9 minutes by car 🚗. It is easy to use the intercity bus 🚍 and airport bus 🚍.

All utility bills are included in the management fee. Smart TV and internet fees are included. If the management fee is too high due to excessive use of electricity, water, or heating, an additional management fee may be requested.
