Additional cleaning fees will be charged if the condition upon check-out differs significantly from the check-in state (e.g., due to damage or excessive mess). - In accordance with short-term rental regulations, items such as bedding and personal hygiene amenities (shampoo, body wash, etc.) are provided as paid rental items.
