All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee. If electricity bills exceed 150% due to the use of air conditioners in the summer, you will be charged for that amount. If gas bills exceed 150% due to excessive use of boilers, you will be charged for that amount.
