The number of guests is limited to a maximum of 2 adults. Children and babies are not allowed. 2. Smoking (including e-cigarettes) and pets are prohibited throughout the building, including the rooftop. 3. Do not cause complaints due to loud noises or inter-floor noise. 4. Do not register your move-in at the business address or on your resident registration. Violation of the above special conditions may result in immediate contract termination without refund, and the deposit will not be returned. If any damages occur as a result, compensation for damages will be claimed from the tenant.
