To enhance the experience for longer stays, we have added amenities such as a rooftop terrace, a clothes dryer, and an ice-dispensing water purifier. Unwind and recharge after a long day in this cozy space. :) Our guests are professionals commuting to areas like Gangnam, Seocho, Guro Digital Complex, Yongsan, and Seoul Station. The environment is very quiet, and safety is a key advantage. ๐ Extensions are available on a daily basis; please inquire for details. ๐ Proper disposal of food waste, general trash, and recyclables is mandatory. ๐ Basic tableware and cooking utensils are provided; however, guests must bring their own consumables, hygiene products, and bedding. 1. Occupancy is limited to a maximum of two adults. Children and infants are not permitted. 2. Smoking (including e-cigarettes) and pets are strictly prohibited throughout the building, including the rooftop. 3. Guests must avoid causing complaints due to loud noise or disturbances affecting other floors. 4. Guests may not register the address for business purposes or file a resident registration (move-in report) at this location. Violation of the above terms may result in immediate contract termination without a refund, and the security deposit will not be returned. The tenant will be held liable for any damages resulting from such violations.
Additional charges will be billed in the event of abnormally excessive use of electricity, gas, and water.
The area has great transportation links, making my commute during the internship very convenient. I did come across a few small bugs, but there weren't many considering it was summerโbasically, if you stay on top of clearing out the trash, you won't really see any.
It isn't spacious, but it is clean and has an excellent location near Sadang Station. I had a good stay, butโperhaps just on the second floorโthere is absolutely no soundproofing.
The host is kind. The accommodation is well-equipped and clean. I think I'll use it again next time.
