The property is very quiet and offers excellent security. ๐ Extensions are available on a daily basis; please inquire for details. ๐ Proper disposal of food waste, general trash, and recyclables is mandatory. ๐ Basic tableware and cooking utensils are provided, but guests must supply their own consumables and personal hygiene products. 1. Occupancy is limited to a maximum of two adults. Infants and children are not permitted. 2. Smoking (including e-cigarettes) and pets are strictly prohibited throughout the building, including the rooftop. 3. Guests must avoid causing disturbances such as loud noise or inter-floor noise complaints. 4. Guests may not register the address as a business location or file a resident registration (move-in report) at this address. Violation of the above terms may result in immediate contract termination without a refund, and the security deposit will not be returned. The tenant will be held liable for any damages resulting from such violations.

I booked this place in a rush due to a move, and it was great. The location was especially good; Sadang Station, a pharmacy, and Daiso are all within a 10-minute walk. I stayed in a room with a queen-sized bed, and it was excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

I found myself in a rather flustered situation where I needed to find a room very urgently. Thanks to the reasonable pricing and the quick booking process on this reliable platform, I had a comfortable stay and accomplished exactly what I needed to. While the condition wasn't quite as pristine as the photos suggested, the place had everything I needed: a kitchen suitable for simple meals, a location on the 3rd floor, an inner vestibule door, good water pressure, a recycling system, and a parking lot. The walk from the station is about 600m through some alleywaysโnot a long distance, but perhaps a bit daunting for a woman walking alone. However, the transportation links were excellent: it takes just 20 minutes to reach Yeouido via Subway Lines 2 and 3, and only 10 minutes by bus to get to the Han River for a run. Although there were a few minor hiccups, the hostโs prompt and organized responses, along with the chat notifications, really boosted my confidence in SamsamM2. This service was a tremendous help during a trip that could have otherwise been very difficult. I wish you continued success!
