It's a slight hill, but Noksapyeong Station and Itaewon Station are within a 5-minute walk, so transportation is good. The bathroom is important to me, and it's very clean, perhaps because it's been remodeled. The windows open well, so ventilation is easy, and overall it's neat. It was a comfortable and enjoyable trip.
The view and location are great, and the interior is well-designed.
