Check-in is contactless. Pets are kindly refused for the consideration of other tenants, as their positions may differ.
Pungam Rose Park, the World Cup Stadium, and Lotte Outlet are a five-minute drive away. Pungam Market, Lotte Mart, hospitals, and banks are a five-minute walk away. There is also a convenience store at the end of the studio apartment alley.
Items not included in the maintenance fee will be settled and billed upon check-out. (Electricity, gas)
It has all the essentials, so it's very convenient to use. If you have a car, there are plenty of parking spots in the nearby alleys, making it really convenient. I had a great stay—thank you!
