My sister and her husband, who came from the US, used it well for 3 weeks. They said the transportation was very convenient because it's right in front of Sindorim Station, and they liked that there's an E-Mart right in front and many convenience facilities like a convenience store and coffee shops in the building. The cleaning wasn't bad, but it would be even better if you paid a little more attention to it. They said they'll come again next time. They've already actively recommended it to their acquaintances.

I was looking for a temporary place to stay for about 6 weeks while my house was being renovated, and I signed a contract. I searched based on commute distance, distance from the house being renovated, a space where two people could live comfortably (over 10 pyeong), and full options. Of course, when I had questions during the contract, and even for small inconveniences I experienced after moving in (such as a broken front door, detergent running out, etc.), the host responded and dealt with them very quickly, so I had a comfortable stay. If you expect hotel-level conditions, you might be disappointed, but considering it's a studio apartment, the satisfaction is high. If I suddenly need a short-term rental again, I would be willing to use it again.
