- It is 5 minutes from Amsa Station. - It is 5 minutes to Hangang Park. (Apartment back gate rabbit hole) - Transportation to Jamsil and Gangnam is very convenient. - There are convenience stores and unmanned laundromats within 1 minute of the house.
- Move-in will be conducted non-face-to-face. We will send you move-in and usage instructions upon contract confirmation.
- Please inform the host immediately if furniture, home appliances, etc. are damaged. - Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited indoors. - There is no dryer, but there is a drying rack on the veranda. - As this was a family home, tableware, utensils, seasonings, etc. are provided. - As this was a family home, some of the host's belongings are stored in the storage boxes, but they are separate from the guest's storage boxes and will not affect your stay. - There are 2.5 double-door wardrobes available for your use; the rest are the host's storage. - One compartment of the freezer contains the host's belongings, but the remaining compartments are available for your use. - Wheelchairs are not allowed. -
- Excessive use of electricity, water, and gas may result in additional charges.
