This is a traditional house built entirely with loess (※pure loess construction, not loess bricks). - You can experience a traditional loess room with a heated floor for jjimjil (Korean sauna). - Enjoy healing with nature in a spacious yard full of sunshine and a refreshing view of the mountains. - It consists of 3 rooms, 1 living room, 1 kitchen, 2 indoor toilets, 1 pantry, and 1 traditional Korean fireplace (agungi).
Casamia is located about 5-10 minutes by car from Gyeongju IC. The travel time to major tourist attractions and amenities is as follows: - Gyeongju Hanaro Mart Main Branch: about 14 minutes - Hwangnidan-gil: about 13 minutes - Bulguksa Temple: about 28 minutes - Gyeongju Namsan: about 8 minutes - Gyeongju City Center: about 16 minutes - Bomun Tourist Complex: about 22 minutes
- Check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. - Check-in is available both in-person and remotely. - Upon contract confirmation, you will be provided with the door password and accommodation usage guide. - Disposable toiletries and amenities are not provided, so please prepare them personally if needed. - Mid-stay cleaning service is not provided during the stay.
- The basic occupancy is 6 people, and the maximum occupancy is 8 people. If the number of guests exceeds the basic occupancy, an additional fee of 30,000 won per person per night will be charged. - Please note that in case of severe damage or contamination of furniture or fixtures in the accommodation, compensation for damages and additional cleaning fees may be charged. Smoking and pets are not allowed indoors. - Basic appliances such as WiFi, TV, air conditioner, microwave, electric rice cooker, refrigerator, and hair dryer are provided. - You can experience a traditional Korean sauna (we will prepare it warmly upon prior request). - You can experience cooking with a traditional Korean iron pot (inquire in advance). - Outdoor faucet, sunny garden and yard. *Barbecue Information* - The barbecue fee is 30,000 won. If you deposit in advance, we will prepare charcoal and a grill. - There is a spacious deck area in front of the entrance, so you can enjoy barbecue even on rainy days. Enjoy a leisurely meal while looking at the scenery of the front mountain and the garden in the yard.
There are no separate management fees, but additional charges may apply in the event of bedding contamination or excessive damage to kitchenware.

I felt as comfortable as if I were in my own home while staying with my parents. The yard is pretty, it's perfect for living with adults, the house is spacious, and the owner is so kind. Also, the house was so well-maintained and incredibly clean. I will definitely visit again when I come to Gyeongju. ^^
