This is a quiet, two-story detached house that has been remodeled to feature a bright and tidy interior. Electric vehicle charging is available on the first floor (at cost during late-night hours). 😄 It is roughly equivalent in size to a 30-pyeong (approx. 1,000 sq. ft.) apartment, making it comfortable for a group of four adults. Basic tableware is provided, allowing for light cooking. 😵💫 For summer stays, please note that air conditioning is installed only in the master bedroom (which has two double beds) and the living room. 🥵 - Layout includes 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a kitchen, and a living room. It is a quiet, two-story home with a private entrance. Furnished with two double beds, one super-single bed, and a double floor mattress. (Accommodates up to 6 people)
> 15 minutes by car to Jeonju Station, the bus terminal, and the tollgate > Within 15 minutes by car to Hanok Village, the city center, Jeonbuk National University, Deokjin Park, and the Ajung Lake boardwalk > Close to grocery stores and large supermarkets

- Deokjin Park, known for its beautiful night scenery, is within a 10-minute drive. - Ajung Lake is a great spot for morning or evening runs. - Nearby amenities include hospitals (including pediatrics and Korean medicine clinics), restaurants, supermarkets, and cafes. - Please note that compensation will be required for any damage or permanent stains to the wallpaper, flooring, provided items, or bedding. We ask for your understanding. 🙄
