It is very clean. The quality of the towels, blankets, and other amenities is good, and the washing machine and dryer are convenient to use. The manager was quick and friendly, so I had a comfortable stay.
The best place for a month-long stay! 1. Accommodation condition and amenities The house itself is new, and the owner is meticulous, so the house is well-maintained. It's no exaggeration to say it's a new house. Most items are provided, and the dryer was very convenient for laundry. There were no inconveniences. There's also parking, which would be a big advantage for those with a car. 2. Location and surroundings The subway station, bus stop, and park are all within a 5-10 minute walk, and there are many supermarkets, cafes, bakeries, side dish shops, and restaurants nearby. Finally, the owner is so nice! ^^ As you live there, you'll have things to communicate about, and they are always kind and considerate, which made me feel very comfortable. So, could there be a better place than this? I stayed here because of the apartment's interior, and every time people around me ask if it's inconvenient or if it's a good place to stay, I proudly tell them how great it is. Haha. If an acquaintance or friend comes to this area or Seoul and needs accommodation, I would recommend this place without hesitation. I have a lot of experience with month-long stays abroad and long-term stays in Korea, and I dare say this is the best among them. I praise myself for choosing this place! ^^
