✔️ The basic occupancy is for 2 people, and an additional fee will be charged if it exceeds 2 people. ✔️ The initial contract is for 1 week, and it can be extended on a daily basis thereafter. (Please inquire) ✔️ You can view the room after prior consultation before signing the contract. ✔️ Check-in and check-out times are 2 PM check-in / 2 PM check-out. The house was clean and pleasant to use. However, there was a lack of parking space, which was a downside for those with cars, but it was great for a short-term stay.
The owner is kind and responds very quickly. They immediately resolved any issues, and the house was really clean and cozy, so my child and I had a great time for a month. There were diffusers everywhere, even on the stairs, so it smelled fragrant. There are also many supermarkets and restaurants nearby, and I didn't hear any noise between floors at all. It's a great place for a short-term rental! My child got so attached to the house that they didn't want to leave, so we're leaving with great memories. I wish the owner prosperity. 😁
