Move-in is contactless. The contract is finalized after you make a deposit following the contract signing.
It is close to famous Jeju tourist attractions such as Seongsan Ilchulbong, Gwangchigi Beach (rapeseed flower field), and Udo, making it the best location for traveling to the east of Jeju.
The management fee is the same as the apartment management fee, and includes electricity, water, heating, etc. The average weekly fee is 40,000 won. There are no additional costs. ๐๐ป (However, unreasonable charges will be additionally imposed.)
