- The maintenance fee per person covers water, gas, internet, electricity, and the use of provided amenities. (Gas costs are high when the heating system is in use; having these costs included—as we do—is much easier on your budget than paying for them separately. 😀) - Additional maintenance fees may be charged in cases of excessive gas or electricity usage. - We can provide details about the included amenities upon request (to help you plan what to bring).

The room was larger than expected, and the fact that so many amenities were provided—allowing me to pack lighter—was a huge plus. Having a washer and dryer made daily life much easier, and above all, the room was spotless and very comfortable to stay in. I really enjoyed my stay!
