- This is Willow Tree Villa, a warm and friendly home-like accommodation located in the old downtown area of Gongju. - This place, called 'Willow Tree Villa' because of the large willow tree in front of the accommodation, was used as a boarding house for middle and high school students in the 1960s and 70s, and it still retains its original structure with rooms on both sides of the hallway. - The first floor is for men only, and the second floor is for women only.
- 25 minutes to Gongju Station and 10 minutes to Gongju Bus Terminal by car. - Parking is available in the front yard (3-4 cars), or in the surrounding alleyways and public parking lots (free). - 5-minute walk to Jungdong Elementary School bus stop, 2-minute walk to Gongju National University High School bus stop.
- Once your contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with information about moving in and using the facilities.

- All utility bills are included in the rent. - If you use electricity, gas, or water excessively, you may be asked to pay an additional fee upon check-out.
I like the Princess Medical Center internship.
It was comfortable and warm.
The soundproofing wasn't great, but it was good for my internship at Gongju National Hospital! I think it was because it was winter, but a lot of cold air was coming in through the bathroom.
