- This is Willow Tree Villa, a warm and friendly home-like accommodation located in the old downtown area of Gongju. - This place, called 'Willow Tree Villa' because of the large willow tree in front of the accommodation, was used as a boarding house for middle and high school students in the 1960s and 70s, and it still retains its original structure with rooms on both sides of the hallway. - The first floor is for men only, and the second floor is for women only.
- 25 minutes to Gongju Station and 10 minutes to Gongju Bus Terminal by car. - Parking is available in the front yard (3-4 cars), or in the surrounding alleyways and public parking lots (free). - 5-minute walk to Jungdong Elementary School bus stop, 2-minute walk to Gongju National University High School bus stop.

- All utility bills are included in the rent. - If you use electricity, gas, or water excessively, you may be asked to pay an additional fee upon check-out.
It was good.
I had a really good stay. The neighborhood was so pretty, with lots of cats and quiet, so I had a good stay. However, the screen door was torn, so I saw a lot of small spiders and bugs. Also, the drain was often clogged, so it was a bit unpleasant every time I showered. They said they would clean every Thursday, but they didn't, which was a bit inconvenient, but other than that, I had a good stay.
The heating worked well, and the necessary supplies were provided, so I had a warm and pleasant stay.
