● It has been neatly remodeled and comes fully furnished, including a double bed. ● Ample parking is available, and the location offers a quiet, pleasant setting amidst open fields, a welcome contrast to the noisy city environment.
● It takes 2 minutes by car, 10 minutes by public transport, or 14–19 minutes on foot to reach Wonkwang University and Wonkwang Health Science University. ● Bus routes connecting to Wonkwang University, Bukbu Market, Iksan Station, and Iksan Terminal are available from the nearby city bus stop.
● Check-in is contactless. ● Smoking is prohibited indoors, and pets are not allowed. ● Check-in is at 17:00, and check-out is at 10:00.
● It is a very quiet and relaxing space. With open fields nearby, it is perfect for cycling or taking a walk. ● Cooking utensils are also provided (please refer to the photos).
All utility charges are included in the maintenance fee.
