Additionally, in the shared bathroom, a Samsung Bespoke washing machine (24KG) and dryer (20KG), installed in December 2024, are available for use at 1,000 won each. There is also a self-service laundry room (shoe washing available) in the building right next door (30m away).
Electricity, gas, and water bills are all included. (But please don't use them excessively...) A wall-mounted air conditioner is installed. The floor heating is boiler-based (central control). The disadvantages are that there is no internal bathroom and the windows are a bit small. You will need to use the building's bathroom in the middle of the hallway. Hot water is, of course, available, and we will arrange for one bathroom to be used exclusively for showering. You can lock the door and use it. This unit is on the 1st floor. It is a 5-story building in total, and the parking lot and lobby are on the 2nd floor. All other furnishings are as shown in the photos.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. However, if you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested.
The restroom is separate, but its condition is very poor. In particular, the smell of dead cockroaches was overpowering.
